Now when people make PRs or there are external branches being pushed to, they'll compile and give download artifacts, but no Release. When you push to Master, it'll automatically build and zip Kyty and create a Release! As of now, it uses v0.2.(RUN#). I also updated the QT Updater to Version 3 due to speed increases and caching for faster installations.
