Eclipse Preferences

Installs eclipse preferences based on preferences file:

• Download the preference file at: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/troygrosfield/setup/master/eclipse/luna/luna_preferences.epf
• Go to eclipse
• File > Import > General > Preferences
• Select downloaded preference ".epf" file
