Hello,

In the fix of Issue #78 ,

This code

#Shutdown the controller
self.controller.shutdown()

will stop the run() loop of controller.py, and the controller thread is stopped.
Therefore the next line

self.controller.connect()

won't work and switch cannot connect to controller again.
