We need to merge this to RB-10.5 but when I changed base to that all sorts of weird commits appeared. Can you rebase and update the PR please? |

As discussed, rather than scrounging around for ids in order to get all the Gaffer modules covered, we can just allocate 10X as many ids to Gaffer.
