test on push now also tries building on both linux and windows
can now also compile debug builds (my gigashitty laptop asked me for this)
deploy archives now bundle configs
fixes some inaccuracies in readme
licenCe -> licenSe (i've learned this is the preferred spelling)
removed reading ./configuration.toml by default if there's no config env variable as it borked web
Fixes #13
