First github project This project gets a South African ID number. Takes the first 6 digits and which shows your date of birth. The next 4 digits tells if you're a male or female. From 0000 to 4999 is female, while form 5000 to 9999. The next digit shows if you are a South African citizen or not. 0 for South African citizen and 1 shows you're a permanent resident.
