Foundation Rewrite

This release ports the whole module into a project built with jvandemo/generator-angular2-library, mainly for developer experience improvements (external template, SCSS support etc).

There are also a few bug fixes and new features;

• Custom input templates can be provided, allowing support for Angular Material amongst others
• Min/max dates are properly honoured when rendering datepicker months
• Minor styling tweaks

This release should be stable, but is considered pre-release until the release of v1.0 as soon as stability is fully confirmed.
