Would you mind to explain why you think there needs to be a change? Do you have any error?

@IchHabRecht I get the exact same error as in Issue #60 when i open a gridelement in the backend. (TYPO3 12.4.11, PHP 8.2) adding the above mentioned line to /FlexFormDataStructureParsedEventListener.php fixes this for me
