Updates to .NET 8. Includes:

Projects use .NET 8
Code style/formatting updates for new vresions of framework and language
Enable Nullable and declare types nullable where necessary
Add utility to set MetalsharpFile contents by Text or Bytes

Yet to do:

Update Nuget references to latest versions
Would be nice to update solution to use tabs consistently
