implementing a prototype for the pause menu. Focus highlighting and a confirmation menu has been implemented. I can implement a shader to blur the background to ensure the pause menu has full user focus, but I don't know if that's overkill at this point.
The classes for ConfirmMenu and PauseMenu are both in the namespace UserInterface
The pause menu currently still needs to be called in with PauseMenu.Pause, instantiating the scene and pausing the game loop. But the title screen still needs to be implemented and the pause menu's scene path needs to be changed from Assets/Scenes/NoahScenes/PauseMenu
