70 comes from maximum drag experienced by sg1.4 (@mihirshevade )

Adds the J430 & J280 motors to configs and adds a SG1.4 flightlike config.
This also adds a hacky solution to excessive drag seen by the rocket.. we should investigate before merge but this will give us sg1.4 flightlike data for midas
