Redone polyaxon benchmark script.

  1. Implemented simpel blocking at each phase.
  2. Added logging.
  3. Script generates and pushes task docker image if the dockerhub credentials are passed.

1. Switched from os.popen to invoking polyaxon CLI commands with clic…
