- Add coordinate parsing utilities to handle DMS, decimal and Google Maps formats
- Update encode endpoints to support new formats and improve error handling
- Update API documentation to reflect new coordinate format options
- fix the port issue for swagger.yaml by making the port dynamic since port 5000 is already occupied on some devices such as MacBooks.
