Reproduce graphs from MAP study

The purpose of the exercise is to transfer and re-internalize the scripts @casslbrown and @andkov used to produce their COAG presentation. The scripts currently reside in the repository for MAP curator .

Starting with IALSA/MAP/scripts, create a reproducible dynamic report in IALSA/wave-inclusionthat guides the modeller through the process of compilation and execution of Mplus scripts, appropriation of statistical results, and production of graphs.
