All C_ class items updated for TWW
Added new Damage colors for other spell schools (Thank you Ch0p Su3y!)
Added scroll function for damage colors so it doesn't require a long popup frame

Last full release until something else breaks or Author tells me to remove. Thank you all!

Majority of 11.0.2 fixes

• Trigger fix for cooldowns
• Updated some more spellinfo from amhara
• Still working on cooldown "pop", may still have cooldownFunc error (I have 40+ toons, but I can't test all of them post all errors please and thank you!), working on Triggers Options popup when trying to edit triggers
