Integrate components into unified SPA (TM Task 4)

Summary

Combined WebhookViewer and WebhookSender into a single integrated React application working with Vasyl's backend.

Changes made

  • Integrated WebhookViewer and WebhookSender components in App.tsx with side-by-side layout
  • Removed react-router-dom
  • Moved connection status into WebhookSender component
  • Implemented command buttons of 3 types: without parameters, with customizable parameters and with fixed parameters
  • Added commands grouping
  • Synced port and message types with backend setup
