Generate Research Paper PDF and LaTeX

Added paper_generation/generate_paper.py script to generate a research paper PDF and LaTeX source.

The script performs the following:

• Extracts the Mermaid architecture diagram from README.md and downloads it as architecture.png via the mermaid.ink API.
• Plots a dummy results bar chart for model performances (GPT-5.2, GLM-5, MiniMax-m2.5, Claude Sonnet 4.6) on HumanEval and MDDP using matplotlib.
• Generates a paper.tex file with the drafted research paper content and references to the generated images.
• Generates a paper.pdf file with the drafted research paper content and embeds the generated images directly using reportlab.
