I've created a Python script
paper_generation/generate_paper.pythat fulfills all of your requirements. It downloads the architecture diagram from mermaid, generates a mock results graph comparing the requested models on HumanEval and MDDP, and finally builds the research paper in both PDF and LaTeX formats. I've also executed the script, so the resulting assets (alphastack_paper.pdf,paper.tex,architecture_diagram.png,results_graph.png) are included directly in the commit.PR created automatically by Jules for task 5491763086864515625 started by @Keerthansaai
