This software and its source code are the exclusive property of AurLemon.
Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of this software,
in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission
is granted by the Copyright Holder, except as expressly allowed below.


1. DEFINITIONS

   "Software" means the contents of this repository.
   "Copyright Holder" means AurLemon.
   "Hydroline Org" means the GitHub organization "Hydroline".
   "Team Hydrlab" means the team named "Hydrlab" within the Hydroline Org.
   "HydCraft Server Operators" means the legal entity, operators, or
   administrators responsible for running the HydCraft Minecraft server.
   "Permitted Parties" collectively refers to:
     (a) the Copyright Holder (AurLemon);
     (b) members of the Hydroline Org;
     (c) members of Team Hydrlab; and
     (d) HydCraft Server Operators.


2. LIMITED GRANT OF RIGHTS TO PERMITTED PARTIES

   Subject to the restrictions in Section 3, the Copyright Holder hereby
   grants the Permitted Parties a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to:

     a) use, run, and operate the Software;
     b) copy and modify the Software for internal use, development, testing,
        and project-related purposes;
     c) distribute and publish modifications and derivative works within the
        Hydroline Org and to the public from Hydroline-owned repositories,
        provided attribution to the Copyright Holder is retained in a
        reasonably visible way;
     d) merge changes into repository branches and modify the project
        structure, features, or implementation ("project changes") for the
        purposes of project development.

   These rights explicitly permit collaborative development within the
   Hydroline Org and by Team Hydrlab members, and permit HydCraft Server
   Operators to use and adapt the Software to operate the HydCraft Minecraft
   server (including distributing server-side packages necessary for players
   to connect), subject to the limitations below.


3. RESERVED RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

   The following actions remain reserved and require explicit written permission
   from the Copyright Holder:

     a) assignment, sale, or transfer of the Copyright Holder's ownership
        or rights in the Software;
     b) relicensing the Software under any open-source license or granting
        sublicenses that would allow third parties to remove or override the
        Copyright Holder's attribution or restrictions;
     c) commercial sale, sublicensing, or distribution of the Software or
        derivative works to third parties outside of the Hydroline Org,
        unless a separate written commercial license is granted;
     d) claiming the Copyright Holder as an author of modifications in a way
        that misrepresents original authorship or ownership;
     e) any other actions that materially change the project's governance,
        ownership, or licensing policy ("major governance or licensing changes").

   For clarity: routine project modifications, feature additions, refactors,
   and redistribution within Hydroline Org or by HydCraft Server Operators
   to support server operations are permitted without additional permission.

   All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Copyright Holder.


4. ATTRIBUTION AND NOTICES

   All permitted distributions or public releases of the Software or derivative
   works by Permitted Parties must include a copy of this license or a clear
   notice referencing the Copyright Holder and this license.

   When substantial functionality or content is added by others, those
   contributors may add their own author notices, but must not remove or
   obscure the Copyright Holder's notice.


5. HYDCRAFT SERVER USE

   HydCraft Server Operators are expressly allowed to:

     - run and modify the Software to operate the HydCraft Minecraft server;
     - distribute server-side packages, configuration files, and necessary
       client assets to players for connecting to the HydCraft server;
     - publish server-side changes for community use, provided attribution
       to the Copyright Holder is retained and the publication does not
       relicense or otherwise transfer rights beyond what is granted here.

   This clause shall not be construed as a transfer or sublicense of ownership.


6. LIMITED PRIVATE USE

   The Copyright Holder may, at its sole discretion, grant additional limited
   permissions to selected external collaborators for private or research use.
   Such permissions must be explicitly provided in writing by the Copyright Holder.


7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COPYRIGHT
   HOLDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
   WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES,
   OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE
   OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED
   BY APPLICABLE LAW AND SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS LICENSE.

   This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
   laws of the People's Republic of China.
