This commit includes: - A modified domain.rng file - An HGI SDT 2.0 compliant description of the HA 1.2 Energy@Home and SEP 2.0 devices (test/energy-homeDomain.xml) - The Energy@Home_SDT_Extension_Proposal.pdf document that describes the contribute. - Updated an .md file to refer schema2.0, instead of schema
