ansible-cmdb: revision bump

The current bottle is broken. This was fixed in #216121 but it was merged without bottles, and probably should have been a revision bump rather than a rebottle anyway because the current state is broken.

Yeah that's intentional as the new code uses native resources now. Do we no longer support dropping all bottles anymore?

I ran into this too trying to rebottle, I was going to try just deleting the bottle block. But yea, I'm not aware of any actual override, we prob want to add a label
