This patch removes the network manager. Be warned, this also makes config loading deterministic (and thus breaks it).
Updates gitignore to ignore release zip.
Telnet command defaults to Say(). Escape commands with "/". Update who no longer updates telnet clients. Telnet login() disallows multiple logins. Filter toggle altered to allow toggle despite unrecognized arguments.
AFK messages respects show_colors.
Added who() verb for telnet clients.
