Plot :
As an admin, you can manage all the data in the database.
As an officer (borrowing process) serving student loans, what books will students borrow? then the officer inputs the data of the book to be borrowed, then the officer provides evidence of borrowing to students. (return process) The officer checks the ID of the student's return whether the student returns it late or not if it is late it will display a fine. and input the student's return data.
As a student, you can only see a list of books, and borrowing history
