Hi! I'd like to add Chartscout to both the Tools and Education sections. Chartscout provides both a trading tool and educational resources: **Main Tool (chartscout.io):** - Real-time chart pattern recognition across major crypto exchanges - Automated trading alerts for technical chart patterns - Support for Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, and all major cryptocurrencies **Education Platform (chartscout.io/trading-education):** - Interactive lessons on crypto chart patterns and technical analysis - Learn trading through real-time pattern examples - Educational resources for crypto traders I've added the main tool to the Tools section and the education platform to the Knowledge/Education section. Thank you for maintaining this comprehensive crypto resource!

The pull request successfully adds Chartscout's main tool to the "Tools" section and its education platform to the README.md file. The addition of these resources enhances the comprehensiveness of the list. However, the educational resource has been placed in an incorrect section.

The "Chartscout Trading Education" link, which focuses on learning crypto chart patterns and technical analysis, has been placed under the "Wallets" section. This content is not related to wallets and would be more appropriately located under the "Knowledge" section or a dedicated "Education" section, as indicated in the pull request description.
