Expand and clarify the template README with a stack table, getting-started steps, project structure, available scripts, customization notes, and deployment instructions. Update application files (src/app/layout.tsx and src/app/page.tsx) with metadata/fonts and minor home page tweaks. Bump core dependencies and adjust TypeScript/tsconfig to match newer Next.js/TS expectations; package-lock.json regenerated to reflect dependency updates.
