This version fixes the loophole:

earlier:
You watch 3 shorts -> stops you from watching more by replacing short with a message but -> if you reload, you can watch 3 more shorts immediately -> 🔁

Now:
You watch 3 shorts -> stops you from watching more by replacing short with a message -> now if you reload, you CAN'T watch more shorts until a set amount of time pass, say an hour -> after one hour, you can watch 3 more -> 🔁

Second version

The second version of YouTube Shorts Limiter, now shorts are limited also when we go from a YT to Shorts instead of just directly going to www.youtube.com/shorts
