- Simplify src/bin/scope.rs to ~110 lines (was ~280) - Add src/bin/cli/mod.rs for CLI module organization - Add src/bin/cli/commands.rs with command routing logic - Update src/bin/scope-intercept.rs for consistency The binary now delegates to the library for core functionality.
