I was collecting double tags for the voucher skip and mistakenly assumed that since Coupon Sheet creates voucher tags that it might help me. Alas it did not help me and the frustration that it has caused me forced my hand to open this PR.
This probably makes Coupon Sheet more powerful in endless runs, but maybe it gets weaker in something like gold stake anaglyph runs. If you think this is too much and does not fit the idea of this joker/balance of the mod, please let me know
