For now, your bot should live in liars_dice/lib/liars_dice.
In order for irb to load the library, you need to add it to your Ruby path. The easiest way to do that is via the -I flag. If you working in the liars_dice directory:

$> irb -I lib/
1.9.2p290 :001 > require 'liars_dice'
 => true
