Guard App: Certifications chips open Documents Screen

What changed

• Made Profile > Certifications chips pressable (Security License / CPR / First Aid)
• Navigate to Documents screen on press
• Pass selected docType param to Documents screen

How to test

1. Run Guard App
2. Go to Profile tab
3. Tap each certification chip
4. Verify Documents screen opens and selected 'docType' is passed (Security License - CPR - First Aid)

Note

• If API is down, screen should still open; list may be empty but no crash.
