Docker compose changes to run using a bridged network rather than in host networking mode. Docker on Mac (and windows) uses virtualization for networking so there's no official support for "network_mode=host".
These changes were tested on linux hosts and theoretically should work on windows as well.
This only works for cli tools and viser. The hydra visualizer will not work within docker on Mac because of OpenGL/QT issues with XQuartz. See [this] issue on rivz2(ros2/rviz#929).
