A simple .PPKG to deploy to a Windows 10 Mobile device that will block the popup "SIM error - The SIM card is missing or invalid." at startup !

WARNING : Only works for Windows 10 Mobile device and nothing else !
Connect your W10M device to your PC and drag-n-drop the RemoveSIMErrorDialogPromptWhenNoSim.ppkg onto your device, you should get a "Is this package from a source you trust?" and then press "Yes, add it" and voala !
