Description
This PR introduces a UserProfile page that displays a contributor’s PRs. Each contributor card now includes a share icon that links to a unique, shareable URL based on the contributor’s username.
How Has This Been Tested?
Navigated to the new route via share icon from contributor card.
Ensured the correct user’s data and PRs load on the new route.
Verified routing, layout, and basic UI consistency with the existing design.
