This project is a Smartphone Repair Shop Website designed to streamline the repair process for customers and shop owners. It includes two main components: Customer End and Owner End (Admin Panel).
- File Queries: Customers can submit repair requests for their broken devices.
- Track Status: Track repair progress using the registered phone number.
- Contact Shop: Easily reach out to the shop owner for assistance.
- Manage Queries:
- View, search, and sort queries by device model, customer name, etc.
- Mark queries as Accepted, Rejected, or Completed.
- View Details: Access detailed customer information, including addresses.
- Instructions to Log In:
- To log into the admin portal, please use the following credentials: Username: Admin Password: a26TMP8#jn@
- If it says "Invalid Credentials!" please reset the password and try again.
- Resetting the password will set it to default password, in this case which is 'a26TMP8#jn@'.

- Customer End:
- Design: Created by the project co-owner Saptarshi.
- PHP Programming: Built entirely by me.
- Owner End (Admin Panel): Fully designed and developed by me, including both frontend and backend functionality.

- Submit repair queries through the form.
- Use the phone number to track the status.
- For Shop Owners:
- Log in to the admin panel to manage repair requests.
- Sort and search queries or update their status.
- The project is optimized for efficient query management.
- Collaboration: The admin panel is entirely my creation, while the customer end design was provided by the co-owner.
