DNA reads Trimmer
In order to download a "ready to use" version of StreamingTrim, you have to download
the StreamingTrimGUI.jar file and the entire lib folder.
You can download the run scripts files too (windowsLauncher.bat or unixLauncher.sh).
In order to be able to run the program all the files and the lib folder are to be
in the same folder, then you can run one of the launch scripts or you can open a
terminal and write:
java -jar StreamingTrimGUI.jar
