fix: silent command works and code moved

Poetry run task test-silent was not workings so I fixed it so it can run. I also moved all the test commands so that the variables are being stated in the tool.taskipy.variables and then the command is just called in tool.taskipy.tasks. The commands you just have to run are poetry run task (test) , (test-silent), (test-not-fuzz), (test-not-randomly), (silent-not-randomly-command), (coverage). They should all give output about the tests and coverage.
