Allows for more sources of explosions to generate mana via the Entropinnyum.
By using the events, instead of allowing explosions from just tnt, we can now generate from explosions from TNT minecarts and End Crystals.
For some reason, IC2 has its own event that is uses, so we are listening to that one as well, to be able to generate mana from Industrial TNT.
