The `nuspell` command doesnʼt recongnise the `-S` option, so specify this per checker. The `nuspell` command doesnʼt respond to `!` by ceasing to print `*`, so handle the asterisks ourselves.

I thought it would be interesting to see how well Nuspell performs compared to other spellcheckers.
I notice that this Git repository isnʼt up to date compared with http://aspell.net/test/, so I expect that this will not merge cleanly, but here it is.
