The docker container of bioconductor+asciinema has been created and successfully tested using my account without any issue regarding the upload or auth function. (Dockerhub: https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/galaxydream/r-base-asclinema)
The process has been documented here, you can try it with your account when it is convenient to you. If you find anything unclear or ambiguous, please let me know and I will further adjust the document ASAP.
