It uses the same code base (no edits) from the last RELEASE Build because you never released your edits after. Sorry for restructure. (Solution and Project in the same folder)
Because Microsoft is braindead as usual .NET Framework 4.8.1 is the last .NET version preinstalled in Windows (from v22H2) where you don't need to install a extra runtime. So it make no sense to use .NET 10 etc.
