[BUG/FEAT] Separate ionlimits for (non)advected species, fix lower temperature boundary, limit IMF
Title lists changes! These fixes help improve stability & physicality of simulations. Note, very intense storms may see slightly different outputs if IMF$B_y, B_z\gt \pm$ 40 nT, $V_x > \pm$ 1,500 nT, or density $\gt 50 $

Fixes the code!
Changes to outputs
Some. Nothing too large. Test's logfiles were all updated since the initial dt is different. Outputs (other than the ionlimit test) were hardly changed.
