Two changes introduced here:

  • changed python version to "/usr/bin/environment python3" to clarify deployment on discover in all GEOSmie python codes
  • added "plotoptics.py" to utils directory and added its execution to run scripts when generating a new set of tables; creates a plots subdirectory and produces some nominal plots
