I've added an example (in Examples03) of how to use a new method now present in equilibrium.py of FreeGS4E.

It demonstrates how to calculate the flux average of the toroidal current density at given values of normalised poloidal flux.

Let me know if the explanation in the notebook doesn't make sense.
