Features

  • Detects Wine and automatically adds the needed dll override for Linux/macOS
  • Makes sure the user selected a valid Diablo II LoD directory (Checks if d2exp.mpq is in the selected folder)
  • Warns user about crashes with non-english game installations
  • Automatically installs the x86 and x64 vc_redist
  • Automatically detects the path for the Diablo II game installation by checking the InstallPath registry key so the user doesn't have to browse
  • Adds RUNASADMIN compat mode for PD2Launcher to prevent the launcher bug (white window)
  • Fixes InstallPath reg key to prevent the "Unable to Connect to Battle.net" error and also the bug where the game is starting with the original Background image
  • Asks the user if they want to create an account and opens the registration website
  • Resets UI.ini Minimized value to 1 to fix the "Can't click on anything" bug
