- Added exercise3 based on a 25-min test I used as part of Kake's Gatekeeper interviews.
- Refactored things to make it easier to administer these tests on platforms like coderpad
…they're not needed - Convert test cases from maps to slices for deterministic output - Fix test values in exercise 3 - Add .gitignore for candidates directory
