Adds command
/setgroup <player> <group>.Permissions are needed for both the current and target group, changing groups from veteran to trusted requires both permissions
nabsuite.setgroup.group.veteranandnabsuite.setgroup.group.trusted.To disallow all group changes for a player, they can be given permission
