Need for an Updated and Tested Docker Image or Conda Environment setup.

Hi,

I’ve been attempting to install the requirements for dMaSIF, but haven’t been successful. I tried both the Conda environment with the core dependencies and the Docker image recommended by your team (I found the Dockerfile in one of the issue threads). However, the installation consistently fails during the PyKeOps JIT compilation, which appears to be related to the newer GCC version on my system or another compilation incompatibility.

Any guidance or an updated environment setup would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This repository is no longer maintained since Freyr took an industry position and I went back to medical imaging. However, pykeops is still actively maintained: please feel free to open an issue there.
