I am not really sure why this is an issue, and the flags being capitalised gives me the ick. Also, there are now conflicts with the main branch because of your previous PR. |

This PR addresses the inconsistent language in the list of instruction descriptions in the README file.
I noticed a mix of present simple tense, imperative mood and noun phrases being used, so I opted to make them all imperative. I also capitalized flag names and preceded them with the definite article, among some other changes.
