- Update 'entity' package Cargo.toml file to use workspace dependency for sea-orm
- Cargo.lock file modification is to do with changing sea-orm async runtime dependency from "runtime-tokio-native-tls" to "runtime-tokio-rustls". "rustls" is a better network security library compared to "native-tls" ("rustls" is also [supported by The Rust Foundation](https://rustfoundation.org/media/rust-foundation-launches-rust-innovation-lab-with-rustls-as-inaugural-project/))

This PR contains a draft of the user onboarding and authentication technical specifications, components, and some open-ended questions for further iterations. Expect more iterations with updates soon.
Also made little changes to correct former merge conflict resolution (nothing serious). See full details in commit message here: 54f56e7 .
