About the PR
Changes the description of the Viper and Python to the EE ones so they're less syndicate related and more just general arms manufacturers make. Changed the syndicate contraband tag to a security one.

Added Viper with Wood Grip to Security Loadout
Delta V for whatever reason duped the wood grip viper instead of just parenting off the existing viper??? What the fuck are they doing?
Why / Balance
Viper was requested, and after a breathe look at the code, Delta V disabled to full auto on the Viper. So balance wise it's fine.
